I learned how to do it from Hello Yarn's Cable Twist sock pattern (http://www.helloyarn.com/cabletwistsocks.pdf)<br /><br />Here's what the pattern says: <br /><br />"Left Twist (LT) as follows: Knit second stitch on left hand needle through the back loop.
