Yup, that's my big foot...size 12 actually so more yarn than normal is needed for socks. Notice the small amount left over to finish the toe. I hope I make it because getting more will be a pain.

This yarn is from KnitPiks and is an Ultra Merino and is lovely to work with. I hope that it is durable since I didn't knit anything into the heel and toe to strengthen it. Maybe I should have but I hate working with nylon thread.

Stay tuned to see if I have enough yarn.

I have to make a correction here, the yarn for these socks came from Kpixie and at 9 bucks a skein US dollars (that's over 20 bucks Canadian) that will make them the most expensive socks ever.

The pattern comes from Pink Lemon Twist and it's her own pattern. This is my second pair of socks using this pattern and I just love it. I am using a generic sock pattern and incorporating the pattern. I also use a different cuff, I like to do two knit, one purl, I find it stretches nicely.
This will be the first finished pair for the Green Sock Knit Along.
So sorry for my mistake...

Oh, that looks nice!
I like that pattern!
Are you using knit picks essential? It holds up relatively well if you knit it at a tight enough gauge.

Nice pattern. I hope you will have enough yarn to finish it.
