A Little Something In Pink

Almost Finished

I have never knit anything on the round and certainly not from the neck down, so this was a new experience. This is my first attempt at anything Baby but I thought I'd make a stab at it since the "peanut" is due April 10th or so. That would be grandchild number four for me, all from one offspring.

I should have this finished in a couple of days and then I will see what else I can make for this kid.

How very beautiful this is going to be - it actually already is! I really love the colourway, and the pattern seems to be such an interesting one! Great job!

lovely colorway that your using, I'm loven the soft pinks and purples! Knitting in the round is easy, as long as you don't twist the first row!

How cute! The "peanut" will look adorable in it. Don't you love knitting in the round? Finishing is so much easier.

This is my first time knitting in the round and I think I like it a lot. May have to do more of it...

And I shall have to learn to like the idea of pink.

I'm sure I'll get over it.

Just one caveat, though - there's still a chance that it could be a boy. We were just warned today to have a backup boys name, since ultrasounds can't be definitive for girls.

Just a heads up...
